The right support at every stage.

What coaching focuses on depends on where a young person is. Here's how the three pillars shift from early secondary school to the first years of work.

11–13

Early secondary school

Awareness, confidence and good habits before big choices begin.

Learn
Using AI with judgment from the start: when it helps them learn, when it does the thinking for them, and how to tell the difference.
Education
Finding where their strengths and interests really lie, so later subject choices rest on evidence rather than guesswork.
Career
Seeing how AI is reshaping the worlds they’re curious about, and noticing the kinds of problems they’re drawn to.

14–16

GCSE years

Subject choices, emerging interests and early differentiation.

Learn
First real projects with AI, built around their own interests, so they learn what it does well, where it falls short and where they add value.
Education
GCSE and sixth-form choices weighed against how AI is changing the value of different subjects, and against who they are.
Career
Turning early interests into a few directions worth testing, and choosing work experience that shows them something real.

16–18

Sixth form / college

A-level, university and apprenticeship decisions, and first career positioning.

Learn
Advanced, field-specific AI skills, from research to building tools, that make them stand out in applications and beyond.
Education
University, apprenticeship or another route: an honest comparison of courses and institutions for their goals, not a default to the obvious option.
Career
Career hypotheses to test, a plan for building their profile, and work experience chosen for what it proves.

18–21

University / early career preparation

Degree strategy, internships and building evidence of capability.

Learn
Becoming exceptional with AI in their own field, and knowing which skills AI is making less distinctive.
Education
Getting the most from their degree: modules, specialisation and projects that build capability AI can’t easily replace.
Career
Internships, projects and a clear story that proves what they can do, aimed at entry-level roles as AI reshapes them.

22–25

Early career

Workplace positioning, specialisation and a distinctive edge with AI.

Learn
Using AI to do more, and better, in their actual job, and becoming the person their team turns to.
Education
Whether further study, qualifications or retraining are worth it, judged against where their field is heading.
Career
Where to specialise, when to move, and how to position themselves as the first rungs of their career change.

These are starting points, not a syllabus. Every programme is shaped around the individual: their strengths, their interests, and where they want to go.

Every plan starts with a conversation.

Book an initial consultation to talk through your child, their interests and where they'd like to go.
