Real-world experience. Personal attention.

One coach who has studied AI, advised on it and builds with it, working one-to-one with your child.

Four reasons families choose us.

Real-world background

At BCG, I used AI in my own work and advised organisations on how to apply it. I’m now building in the AI economy myself (more below).

Technical expertise

I studied Economics and Computer Science at Harvard, including AI and machine learning, giving me a strong grounding in how the technology actually works.

Holistic development

Not just learning AI. We work on education and career strategy too, with the personal capability to act on them woven through every session.

Personal, one-to-one advice

Every young person is different. I take the time to understand your child, their strengths, interests and worries, and build a personal roadmap around them that adapts as they grow.

Humza, smiling, speaking at an event with a microphone

Hi, I'm Humza.

I studied Economics and Computer Science at Harvard, then joined BCG, where I worked on a wide range of AI projects.

At BCG my work covered both sides of AI: shaping strategy, and understanding its impact across industries. Today I'm working on an AI start-up, so I spend my days at the edge of what these tools can do.

The New Big Thing brings that experience to young people growing up in the age of AI. It helps them learn it, think with it, and make better choices about education, careers and life.

What I’m building: AllEars.

I’m building AllEars, an intelligent copilot for the more than 600 million healthcare calls made in the UK each year. The work has taken me through hackathons, product development and an incubator final, giving me first-hand experience of turning AI from an idea into something designed for real-world use.

Every plan starts with a conversation.
